The WBA went through a major transition and we wanted that ‘New’ image to be reflected. Angel Fischer of Halo Designs knew what we were looking for and put her expertise to work in developing that concept. The conclusion resulted in a new branding product that the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association is pleased to put out to our membership.
